FAQs

Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & cash.

  • Can I wait inside?

You are always welcome to stop by and stay for a quick appointment. However, due to limited parking, we are unable to permit clients to remain in the salon for most bubble baths and grooming appointments.

  • Can I drop-off and pick-up my dog from my car?

If you're in a hurry and can't stop into reception, we can come to your car in front of the salon. Simply pull up outside the salon, turn on your blinkers, and call us at 877-847-0748. We will meet you in your car faster than a dog can sit for a treat. (Well, not that fast.)

  • Should I sedate my dog?

Calming medications can range from Benadryl to prescriptions from your vet. You may find that more natural approaches such as CBD. Please talk to your vet before sedating your dog. Additionally, please let us know. Sedation can have the opposite effect on some dogs, making them feel out of control and nervous. We are unable to groom aggressive dogs.

  • How long does it take to groom a dog?

A typical full grooming takes between 2 to 3 hours. A bath takes approximately 1 hour. However, times can vary greatly depending on the dog's temperament and size. You are welcome to call us anytime to check the status of your best friend.

  • Do you offer same-day appointments?

We maintain a waiting list in case of a cancelation or no-show. We give priority to our pack members and current clients. If you would like to get on the waitlist, please call, and we would be happy to add you.

  • What is your cancelation/rebooking policy?

Cancelations or changes in a booking must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a $25 fee. This enables us to compensate our staff for the lost work time.

  • Do you accept all breeds?

We do accept all breeds. However, we reserve the right to not accept a dog based on temperament or aggressive behavior.

  • Do you use a Kennel Dryer on dogs?

Kennel dryers have a bad reputation, and many times deservingly so. We prefer hand dryers, but depending on the size of the dog we may need to use a ‘kennel dryer’. Our kennel dryer does not use heat, instead it employs a high-speed fan blowing over the dog in an open crate. Essentially, it should feel like your dog is walking on a windy day.  As always, if requested, we will hand dry only and skip the ‘kennel dryer’.

  • How do I book, modify or cancel an appointment?

Our booking system is powered by MoeGo. You can access the customer portal by clicking the blue ‘Schedule Now’ button on the top right side of the screen. You can also call and we can take care of the cancellation over the phone.

  • What vaccinations are required?

We require proof of a current rabies vaccine. You can upload this proof into the portal or send it to us via text us.
