Our Talk of the Town package includes a full grooming and either a haircut or de-shed. The appropriate service, haircut or de-shed, depends on the type of hair your dog has.

A haircut is best for dogs that don't shed, such as Poodles, Doodles, Yorkies, Schnauzers, Pomerianians. The stylized haircut is done using clippers and shears. 

A de-shedding treatment is for dogs that shed, such as German Shepherds, Labradors, and Huskies. This treatment involves a de-shedding shampoo, de-shedding conditioner, a blow out, and brushing to remove loose hair. For long haired dogs that shed, a trimming, thinning, or silhouette service can be requested as an add-on.

The full grooming package is the same for all dogs: we will provide a bath, nail trim, take care of the paw pads, brush teeth, clean ears, and, if required, express glands.

3) Once we receive your appointment request, we will accept your requested appointment time or provide you alternative times.

4) If you are a first time client, we may call or text you to get additional information, such as weight and rabies status.

5) Kindly remember all online appointments are only requests until confirmed by DogsZen.com. You may cancel or reschedule anytime up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

~ Please bring a copy of their rabies vaccination or vet information, if not previously provided.

~ We kindly ask that you do not drop off your dog more than an hour prior to their appointment and picked up within one hour after they are finished.

~ If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
